Frequently asked questions

 We've tried to answer as many of the those burning questions you may have here.
  1. Is it 24 hour access?
    Unfortunately not. The storage facility is open during normal office hours but should you require to access your unit outside of this time frame please do not hesitate to contact us so we can pre-arrange a suitable time to meet you to access your unit.
  2. What is the minimum storage unit term?
    You can rent a storage unit for as a little as 1 week.
  3. Do we have to pay a deposit?
    Yes please. We require 4 weeks rent in advance plus 4 weeks as a deposit. Deposits will be reimbursed or can be used as a final payment.
  4. Can we load and unload inside?
    Yes of course. We encourage you to do so. We think this is a great benefit to our customers being able to unload/load undercover, especially with the 4 Season's in a day Cornish weather!
  5. Can we use a trolley?
    Yes, please do. We supply trollies and pallet/ sack trucks free of charge for your convenience. Please help yourself to these.
  6. Do I need to bring my own lock?
    If you want to, you can. We also supply locks free of charge and recommend keeping your spare set of keys here in your mailbox.
  7. Do you have an emergency phone number?
